IRON MAN WINDMILL COMPANY WINS IMPORTANT NEW CONTRACT
The Government of Wuhan City, Hubei Province, Central China has completed the issuance of a contract to Iron Man Windmill Co. for two new technologically advanced water pumping windmills. This exciting new technology has been under development by Iron Man Windmill Co. for the last five years and promisses to make a major contribution to the wind power industry. This challenging installation requires pumping an adequate volume of water from a river fed reservoir up a steep hillside into large storage tanks at a water treatment facility. The water will then be distributed by gravity through piping to an agricultural village, providing clean water for 2,000 residents. The two new windmills, now under construction, feature important improvements that increase operational efficiency and significantly reduce purchase, instalation and maintenance costs. Talks are currently underway to utilize this important new technology in the effort to halt deforrestation in the North and East of China, in Egypt and other regions. We sometimes find surprises when we go out to inspect our windmills. We have a rule - "When water is to be delivered to a destination a considerable distance from the windmill, the water should be delivered in a pipe of suitable size in good condition. Ditches leak, soak up water, get filled with growth and are maintenance intensive. They should be avoided to the greatest extent possible." We recently visited one of our 6M windmills and were quite surprised at what we found. Usually, this windmill lifts water 6M to an outlet where the water is discharged and used to fill the pond you see in the first (lower level) section in the movie. The pond was full and was overflowing to provide water to the fields below. The lower outlet in the pipe had been shut off, forcing the water 12M up the pipe, where you can see it flowing into the mouth of the ditch. We witnessed the water flowing from the outlet to the final destination, a small lake used to store water for irrigation about 1km from the windmill. The ditch is in poor condition, heavily overgrown, leaking badly and had a water buffalo sleeping in it, yet water was still flowing all the way into the pond, which was also full. It's very nice seeing one of our windmills providing so much water for a farming village. |

With interest in Green Energy growing, we hear of new wind energy systems nearly every day. An increasing number of new companies in this field are making claims for the performance of their products that are unsuportable. One company is presenting themselves as PRODUCERS OF THE WORLDS MOST POWERFUL WINDMILL.
